Jennifer M. Bacon

Jennifer Mae Bacon, 49, of Manchester, passed away on February 15, 2022. She is the daughter of Dorothy (Coolidge) Bacon and the late Harold Bacon.

Jennifer was a very easy-going person. She was spontaneous, funny, and always up for a fun adventure. She tried her best for everyone she knew, especially her family. She adored being a Nana to her grandchildren and was a best friend and second mother to many people. She was a very spiritual woman and enjoyed sharing and embracing her Native American heritage with her children and grandchildren.

Jennifer is survived by her children; Kaysie Thibodeau of Manchester, Jason Thibodeau of Wilton, and Josh Thibodeau of Wilton, grandchildren; Addilyn D’Ambrosio, Zaelee Leard, John Thibodeau, and Escher Thibodeau, mother Dorothy Bacon of Manchester, brothers; Ken Bacon of Massachusetts and Bill Bacon of Londonderry, partner Shawn Raiche of Manchester, former partner and father of her daughter Scott Thibodeau, and her beloved bulldog Babe.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, February 24^th from 3pm-7pm at Phaneuf Funeral Home & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street in Manchester. *UPDATED* A funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday, February 26^th at 11am at St. Thomas Aquinas Parish, 26 Crystal Avenue, Derry. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend. Interment will be private.
