Jilian Lindsay Forma, 34, passed away unexpectedly in her Concord home on Friday, September 29, 2017.
Jilian was born in Methuen, MA on Christmas Day 1982 to the late James Forma and Trina (Pappalardo) Press. She was raised in Derry, NH and graduated from Salem High School in Salem, NH. Following high school Jilian worked in retail management at a local shoe store. She had been associated with Riverbend in Concord for the past five years and had recently become affiliated with Hope Recovery Center, where she developed many close friendships and had started laying the groundwork on the path to good health.
Described by those who knew her best as an incredibly generous young woman with a beautiful heart, Jilian enjoyed quiet moments spent at home as well as time spent with friends and family.
Jilian is survived by her mother, Trina (Pappalardo) Press; her step-father, Stephen Press; her brother, Samuel Forma, his wife Danielle (Ryan) Forma, and their two-month-old daughter, Jilian's cherished niece, Aileen. She also leaves behind an uncle, Joseph Pappalardo; her aunt and uncle, Catherine and Paul Pignone; cousins Joeli Pappalardo, Dawn (Pappalardo) Wilson, Leah Mooradian, and Rachel Mooradian; as well as several second cousins.
There will be no immediate services held. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
