Joan V. Clement, 64, of Manchester, NH died December 23, 2010 at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH following a brief illness.

She was born on December 23, 1946 in Manchester, NH the daughter of the late Edward and Helen (Lefebvre) Welch. Joan was raised and educated in Manchester. She was a lifelong resident of Manchester.

She was a dedicated homemaker and mother. Joan had worked as a waitress at the Miki restaurant in Manchester for several years. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Family members include her son, Rick Clement of Concord, NH; two daughters, Helen Hernandez and Carrie Clement both of Manchester, NH; her twin sister Mary-Ann Greenleaf of Manchester and her brothers and sisters.

In Her Life: She is survived by her 9 grandchildren, Tryce, Mariah, Travis, Destiny, Cristian, Xavier, Alexia, Brianna and David Jr.

Her Memorial Gathering will be held at the Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover St, Manchester on Wednesday from 4 to 5PM with her Memorial Service to follow in the funeral home chapel at 5:00PM. Donations in Joan’s memory can be made to the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, Office of Development, 1 Medical Center Drive, Lebanon, NH 03756 for the ICU.
