Joan R. Hamblett

Joan R. (Fredette) Hamblett, 77, of Londonderry, passed away on November 11, 2021 at the Elliot Hospital.

She was born in Nashua, NH on November 5, 1944, the daughter of Frank and Anna Fredette, Sr. She had worked at Bemis Company in Nashua for many years. Joan loved watching the Hallmark Channel while wearing her favorite Hallmark slippers that her grandson gave her. Her favorite holiday was Christmas and she watched Christmas movies all year long. She enjoyed sitting outside with her family, watching and feeding birds at her home and doing word puzzles. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a son Michael Hamblett in 2004.

Family members include a son, Keith Hamblett of Londonderry; two daughters Claudia Goes and her husband Joaquim of Londonderry, Doreen Hamblett and her husband William Kirmes of Manchester, and; four grandchildren that she absolutely adored, Ashley, Joaquim, Joshua, and Brandy; two great grandchildren, Myles and Lola; three brothers, Frank Fredette Jr. of Milford, Walter Fredette of Wolfeboro, and Steven Fredette of Londonderry; five sisters, Brenda Dudek of Londonderry, Jacqueline Giddings of Merrimack, Violet Lavoie of Amherst, Deborah Gagnon of Nashua, Linda Estes of Alexandria, LA, and; and many nephews, nieces, and cousins.

A memorial gathering will take place at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover St, Manchester on Friday December 10, 2021 from 10 to 11:30 AM with a Mass to follow in St. Jude Church, Londonderry.
