Joan Delwin Stock Spencer, 77, of Littleton, died on September 9, 2009 at her home. She was born the daughter of John and Ruth Stock in Bay Shore Long Island, NY, September 3, 1932. She worked in healthcare foodservice until her retirement. Joan loved crocheting, scrapbooking as well as word games. She was passionate about the beach, cooking and her family. As a loving mother and grandmother, she is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Lawrence and Lynn Aldrich of Goldsboro, NC, her daughters and sons-in-law Donna and John Simon, Penny Spencer Niles and Troy Dodge both of Littleton. One brother and sister-in-law, John Robert and Judy Stock of Jupiter, FL as well as (7) grandchildren, (5) great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of extended family and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Breast Cancer Foundation or the American Heart Association . The family will have a graveside service at Stratford Cemetery, Stratford, NH at 11 am Tuesday. Arrangements have been entrusted to Keller & Pillsbury Funeral Homes.
