John J. Lotterhand, 49, of Manchester died suddenly at home on August 30, 2005. John was born on January 6, 1956 in Needham, MA the son of the late Frederick and Dorothy (McGee) Lotterhand. He graduated from Central High School in 1974 and from UHN in 1978 where he received his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. John continued his education receiving an Associates Degree in Nursing from New Hampshire Technical Institute in Manchester. He dedicated most of his career to the nursing industry and spent over twenty years at Hampstead Hospital. He also worked at Easter Seals of NH for just over two years and most recently worked as a nurse for Brattleboro Retreat in Vermont. John enjoyed the sport of hockey, playing recreationally himself and watching his son play. Family members include; his wife of 20 years, Donna (Paris) Lotterhand; a son and daughter, Timothy and Ashley; two brothers, Stephen Lotterhand of Lebanon and Mark Lotterhand of Hooksett; one sister, Nancy Jay of Raymond; and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be Friday evening from 5:00 until 8:00 PM with a funeral service Saturday morning at 10:00 AM at Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover Street in Manchester. Burial will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
