John E. Paradie

John Edward Paradie, 83, of Hudson, NH passed of Alzheimer's on March 1, 2023 at Fairview Senior Living, Hudson, NH.  Son of Madeline & Theodore Paradie, deceased, John was born in 1939 in Haverhill, NH. 

He is survived by his wife, Geraldine Paradie, children, Denise Bloom & Diane Paradie and his grandchildren, Samantha Bloom, Courtney Drahms, Zachary Wienhold & Tarik Acioglu.  His brothers & sister deceased, Richard Paradie, Alan Paradie and Priscilla Boutin.  And he is survived by sisters & brother, Mary Patterson, Ann King & Charlie Paradie. 

John was an engineer at Ingersoll Rand for 45 year and retired 16 years ago.  He was a second lieutenant in the National Guard, an active volunteer with Saint Vincent de Paul's and spent some time years ago on a bowling league.  He was a kind and gentle man with a beautiful singing voice and great sense of humor.  He loved playing cards with his wife and friends and there was always some fun loving smack talk during those lawn games of croquet.  He will be missed. 

Service is being held on Saturday, March 11, 2023 at 10:30AM at St. Joseph's Church on 777 West Hollis Street, Nashua, NH.
