John F. Sadatis, Sr., of Berlin, NH passed away on Sunday, March 30, 2025, at the Presidential Oaks, in Concord, NH.
John was born on January 20, 1954 in Dorchester, MA, the son of the late, Francis and Veronica (Neas) Sadatis. Jack was a veteran and held the rank of Sergeant in the US Air Force.
John, who preferred to be called “Jack” was a very talented artist, possessed an amazing skill of portraits.
He was employed by Boston Central as an Air Traffic Controller. Upon retiring from the FAA, Jack secured contract work as an Air Traffic Controller which sent him overseas to Iraq & Afghanistan. Upon returning home, he went on to teach incoming air traffic controller students in Oklahoma City, OK.
Jack enjoyed cooking and grilling, and frequent visits into Boston. He had the best DAD jokes in town. Always there to lend a helping hand and offer advice.
The Best of the Best, he will be terribly missed and forever loved by many.
A devoted & loving father to his 5 children Melissa, John, Jr., Michelle, Gary & Shannel Sadatis, adoring Papa to his 11 grandchildren. He was predeceased by his brother, Paul Sadatis and ex-wife, Ann Sadatis.
SERVICES: A graveside service with military honors will be held on Thursday, April 10, 2025, 1 PM in the chapel, at the NH State Veterans Cemetery, 110 DW Highway, in Boscawen, NH.
