Joseph Santos

Joseph Santos, 80, of 65 S. Elm Street, Manchester, died August 8, 2002, at Hillsborough County Nursing Home. He was born in Manchester on April 8, 1922, the son of Antonio and Clara (Rosa) Santos and had been a lifelong resident of the city. He has worked for the Sheraton Wayfarer in Bedford for many years until his retirement. He was the widower of Theresa (Cote) Santos. Family members include six sons, Junior Santos of Biddeford, ME, Richard Trudeau of Manchester, Normand Trudeau of Biddeford, Maine, Armand Trudeau of Manchester, Paul Trudeau of New Boston and Mark Trudeau of Manchester; five daughters, Gloreau Moreau, Diane Trinity, Pauline Trudeau and Sandra Levasseur, all of Manchester and Marsha Thissle of Ft. Myers, FL; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; a brother, Anthony Santos of PA; and nephews, nieces and cousins. Calling hours will be at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street on Monday from 5 to 7 PM. Funeral services will follow immediately in the funeral home chapel at 7:00 PM.
