JOSETTE A. PELLETIER

LITTLETON, NH  Josette A. Pelletier, 75, passed away on Friday, April 15, 2005, at the Littleton Regional Hospital after a battle with cancer.

Josette was born, Marie Josette Adrienne Couture, a daughter to Wilfred and Cora (Gagnon) Couture, on March 1, 1930 in Jefferson, NH. She attended school in Canada.

Josette married Jacque Pelletier in 1955 and resided in the Littleton area since 1968. She was employed by the Henschel Shoe Company while raising her children. Josette was a member of the Catholic Daughters and enjoyed sewing, gardening, and family gatherings.

Surviving family members include her husband, Jacque Pelletier of Littleton, NH; one son, Rosaire Pelletier of Plainfield, NH; two daughters, Jacqueline Wood of Littleton, NH, and Denise Hannigan of Houlton, Maine; three brothers, Rosaire Couture, Paul Couture, and Julien (Chick) Couture, all of Jefferson, NH; two sisters, Ghislaine Dubois and Louise Lauzon, both of Jefferson; eight grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Her parents, two brothers, Albert and Antonio, as well as a sister, Solange, predeceased her.

SERVICES  The family will receive friends on Monday evening, April 18th, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Pillsbury Funeral Home, 101 Union Street, Littleton, NH. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, April 19th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Rose of Lima Church with Rev. Fr. John Fleming as Celebrant. Burial will follow in the St. Rose Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her memory to the Norris Cotton Cancer Research Center, One Medical Center Drive, Lebanon, NH 03784.
