Jovan Elias

Jovan Elias, 34, of Winchester, New Hampshire, died unexpectedly on May 3, 2020 at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon. He was the devoted fiancé of Nicole Ottman.

He was born on April 21, 1986 in St. Croix. Jovan was the son of Vincent Elias and the late Damaris Rivera. He was a talented musician. His music was everything to him. He will be remembered for being a great fiancé, father and uncle and the best to have around. He will be sorely missed.

He was the devoted father of eight children, Jahiya, Angelina, Syn-Naya, Novannah, Nageli, Jovan, Serenity, and Elijah; three brothers, Miguel, Jose, and Vincent; four sisters, Syria,, Joannah, Shasha and Tishana and his aunt, Carmen Medina and Aunt Edna. He also leaves many nieces, nephews and friends.

A gathering for Jovan will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2020 from 2pm – 5pm in the Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover Street, Manchester. Burial will be private.
