Juanita T. Dignam

Juanita T. Dignam, age 71, died on March 5, 2009 at her sister's home in Webster, NH. Juanita was born on November 25, 1937 in Manchester, NH to Leo and Lena (Morin) Dignam. She resided in Bedford NH for most of her life. She retired in 1999 from the General Electric Plant in Hooksett after 18 years of service. Some of her hobbies were woodworking, motorcycling, softball and bowling. In her later years, she enjoyed watching golf and football on tv. Family members include four sisters: Helen Parenteau of Manchester, NH, Lorraine Leathers of Webster, NH, Peggy Karakostas of Hampstead, NH, Claire Heath of Standish, ME; two brothers: Leo Dignam of Manchester, NH and Walter Dignam of Goffstown, NH and her best friend Rita Roux of Bedford, NH along with many nieces nephews and cousins and many very good friends. At the request of Juanita all arrangements will be private. Burial will take place in the spring in Sanford, Maine. The family wishes to thank the Concord Regional Hospice Program for the excellent care she received.
