JUDITH ANN CORBETT MANCHESTER, NH – Judith Ann (Karlberg) Corbett, 44, died December 25, 2008 at her home with her family by her side. Judi fought an incredible battle for over 6 years against two forms of cancer and other life threatening conditions. Born in South Boston, January 7, 1964, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Judith (McGuire) Karlberg. Judi grew up in South Boston. A graduate of Cardinal Cushing High School, she moved to Manchester after her marriage to Alan Corbett in 1993. Judi was employed for the United States Postal Service until her retirement. She enjoyed camping, flea markets and most of all quality time with her loving family. IN HER LIFE: She was a loving, devoted wife and mother who lived for her family never complaining about how hard the fight was no matter how sick it made her. Judi loved and was loved by her entire family. She will be greatly missed. Most of all by her husband, Alan, daughter Kendralee, age 12, son Spencer, age 10. Also, by her loving brother, Stephen Karlberg, cousins, Maureen, Jeanmarri, Kathleen and Patricia and all her in-laws, nieces and nephews who loved her dearly. Calling hours will be Tuesday, December 30, from 3 – 5 PM and 7 – 9 PM at the Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover Street, corner of Union Street, in Manchester. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, December 31, 10 A.M. at St. Pius X Church, 575 Candia Road, in Manchester. It has been suggested that those who wish, may make memorial gifts to her surviving children's college fund, c/o T.D. Banknorth, 1255 South Willow Street, Manchester, NH 03103, in memory of Judi.
