Judith A. (King) Dodier, 61, of 12 Laurel Road, Hooksett, died at her residence on May 22, 2003. She was born in Medford, MA on September 5, 1941, the daughter of the late John and Dorothy (Hobart) King and lived for many years in Keene and had been a Hooksett resident for the past eight months. She attended Fitchburg State Teachers College and Burbank Hospital where she received her bachelors degree in Nursing. She also earned a Masters degree in Nursing from California College for Health Sciences. She was currently employed as the Administrator and Director of Clinical Services for Tender Loving Care, Inc Home Care Agency. Prior to that, she was the Clinical Director of the United VNA in Trumbull, CT. Earlier in her career, she had been the Clinical Director for the Southern Vermont VNA and also spent sixteen years with the Home Health Care and Hospice in Keene. She was the co-owner and operator of the Four Corners Country Store in Richmond, NH with her husband for thirteen years. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Keene and enjoyed painting. Family members include her husband of 37 years, Philip Dodier; a son, David Dodier of Dover, a daughter, Deborah Dodier Paterson of New York City; a brother, John King of Randolph, VT; two sisters, Patricia Dizazzo of Brookfield, CT and Deborah Ciotti of Odessa, FL; and many nephews, nieces and cousins. A memorial gathering will take place on Saturday from 1 to 2 PM at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, Manchester with a memorial service to follow at 2:00 PM in the funeral home memorial chapel.
