Judith Elaine Russel

Judith Elaine Russel, 60, of Manchester, NH, died at home April 21, 2005, after a long term illness. She was born in Melrose, Massachusetts, on June 28, 1944, and was the daughter of the late Earl and Helen (O’Neil) Chase and had been a resident of Manchester since 1967. Judith was a retired Cosmetology Teacher with Michael’s School of Hair Design for many years. She owned and operated Judy’s Hair Design for many years. Mrs. Russel loved the ocean. Family members include her husband of 40 years, W. Roger Russel of Manchester, a son, David Russel of Hooksett, NH, a daughter, Louri Ann Boilard of Manchester, NH, five grandchildren, a brother, Wayne Chase of Vermont, two sisters, Maureen Siepatowski of Springfield, Ma., and Elaine Chase of Vermont, several nieces and nephews. SERVICES: Calling hours will be at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, Sunday from 2 to 5 PM.
