JUNE M. DAWSON June M. (O’Connor) Dawson, 66, of Manchester, NH, died May 16, 2006 at Mt. Carmel Health Care Center, in Manchester. Mrs. Dawson was born on January 21, 1940, in Boston, MA, the daughter of the late John and Grace (Brennick) O’Connor. She was a resident of Manchester since 1980. Prior to this she resided in Derry, NH from 1971 – 1980. She was employed as an underwriter at Hartford Insurance Company for 22 years. Members of her family include; 3 sons, James F. Dawson, III, of Weare; Joseph M. Dawson, of Manchester; John P. Dawson of Coralville, IA; 2 daughters, Melissa J. Noel, Karen L. Dawson, of Manchester; 7 grandchildren, 5 brothers, Walter O’Connor of Stoughton, MA; Paul O’Connor of Whitman, MA; Joseph O’Connor of Calhoun, CO; James O’Connor of Stoughton, MA; John O’Connor of Bedford, TX; 4 sisters, Ruth Ravesi of Canton, MA; Joan McDonald of Leesburg, FL; Geraldine Gingras of Hyde Park, MA; Jean Currie of Stoughton, MA; many nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be Friday from 2 – 4 P.M. and 7 – 9 P.M. at Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover Street, corner of Union Street, in Manchester. A funeral service will be Saturday in the funeral home at 10 A.M. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Manchester. It has been suggested that those who wish may make memorial gifts to Alzheimer’s Association, 10 Ferry Street, Suite 427B, Concord, NH 03301, in memory of Mrs. Dawson. Arrangements are under the direction of Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Manchester.
