Jyllian P. McGonagle

Jyllian was born in Boston on April 22,1980, to Cheryl (Arsenault) and James McGonagle. She was the third child and the baby girl. From an early age Jyllian had a strong sense of self she carried through her life. She had a generous heart and would help those she cared for without hesitation. She enjoyed family time especially with her daughter Aighslynn. Her nurturing nature as well as the comfortable bond she shared with her nieces and nephews, made her a favorite aunt to them. She loved shopping and she especially loved to cook and was great at both!

She had a love of Dunkin' Donuts that was unparalleled. Jyllian had no qualms telling a Dunks' employee to redo her coffee if it wasn't up to her standards. She was always respectful to them, but made her point!

Jyllian had struggles in her short time with us, but was well on her way to being her "old self". She had put her demons in the past and was embarking on a new journey. Fortunately, we were recently all able to tell her how proud of her we were.

She was predeceased by her maternal grandparents the late Emily Arsenault and John Blaikie, and paternal grandparents the late Ruth and Edward Corros and James and Dorothy McGonagle.

She is survived by her adoring sisters Carrie and Machelle and her brother James "Jimbo " McGonagle, with whom she shared a bond like no other. Jyll was the loving mother of Seamus and the treasured (Scootchie) to her daughter Aighslynn. Jyllian also leaves her long time love Jason Chambers. She will be greatly missed by her nieces and nephews Morghann, Ryan, Aidan, Olivia and Jameson. Aunts and uncles, Lana and Robert Borden, Martha and Paul Dickey, Garrett Cassidy, Diane and Frank Sacchetti, Eddie and Cita Corros, Lisa and Ray Galindo, Linda and Erik Cox, Dave and Cheryl Bombard and Bobby, Jackie and Colleen McGonagle. She also leaves many, many treasured cousins and friends. The world has lost a truly unique soul.
