Kathleen G. Dutra, age 74, passed away on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at her home in Manchester surrounded by her loving family after a brief and sudden illness. Born on March 15, 1946 in Central Falls, RI, she was the daughter of the late Raymond Boudreau and Julia (Tyler) Ardini.
In her early years Kathleen loved to dance and as a child she danced her way across Canada with her parents performing for many people in the Sweethearts Dancing Group. She was a manager for the Crossmark group at the Sam's Club in Manchester, and organized all the sample tastings throughout the store.
Kathleen was a wonderful mother and caretaker for all whether you were her own or a stranger who had nowhere else to go. Her endearing graciousness was innate and she never wavered from being kind to others. The moment she entered a room her warm smile exuded happiness and made everyone want to be with her. If there was ever an example of a person who was completely altruistic, it would be Kathleen. Without any hesitation, Kathleen would always be there for others to listen, take pause and assist her loved ones in many wonderful ways. She was steadfast in her faith and never deviated from her loyalty to family. She was a true Matriarch and will be sorely missed.
In addition to her parents, Kathleen was preceded in death by her son, Clinton A. Dutra who lived only 3 days, grandson, David John Rios & granddaughter, Megan Kerry Fullam.
Kathleen is survived by her son Clinton Dutra and daughters Sherry Sandler, Michelle Reischer and husband George, and Debra Dutra all of Manchester. She is also survived by her sister Paulette Stewart of Pawtucket, RI along with siblings through marriage, Patty Hayes of Stoneham, MA, Ellen Biebesheimer of Colorado Springs, CO, Betty Walsh of Manchester, CT, Pauline Mann of Springville, NY, plus brothers Richard Ardini of Vienna, VA, and Robert Ardini of Monument, Colorado. Kathleen loved her siblings dearly and cherished her moments with them. Kathleen has 10 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and many other loving extended family members and dear friends.
