Kenneth Phillips

Kenneth Phillips, 46, of Manchester, New Hampshire passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, April 11, 2020. He is survived by his wife and soulmate, Stacy (Gibeault) Phillips with whom he shared nineteen years of marriage.

He was born on July 9, 1973 and was the son of the late Paul R. and Irene M. (Pilchowski) Phillips. He was a graduate of Dover High School. He currently resided in Manchester with is family. Ken worked as contractor for most of his career.

Affectionately known as MacGyver, Ken was always thinking outside of the box and creating inventions to solve problems and challenges. He threw his heart and soul into every adventure, whether that be as Mr. Ken helping his wife's daycare and building elaborate wooden castles or building extravagant balloon arches for his daughter's party. An avid amateur photographer he donated his time to photograph many events such as the Missy's Hope Race to benefit YWCA's Domestic Violence Crisis Center and Veteran's fishing events. He was so passionate about helping others.

When Ken was not volunteering, he could be found fishing with other members of the Manchester Fly Fishing Club, snapping pictures of everything or just having fun with his family.
He will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.

In addition to his devoted wife, he is survived by his two daughters, Mariah and Makayla Phillips; one sister, Muschi Phillips and his best friend and partner-in hijinks Jim Joyal Jr. He also leaves behind several foster children and many close friends that shared his life over the years.
