Kenneth A. Thompson, 47, of 72 Vernon Street, died suddenly January 17, 2004, at the Elliot Hospital. He was born in Manchester, NH on January 27, 1956, the son of the late Kenneth O. and Beth (Johnson) Thompson, Jr., and had been a lifelong resident of this area. Kenneth was the owner of Thompson's Truck Repair. He was previously employed by Donovan Spring Company. Mr. Thompson loved camping, fishing and kite flying at the ocean. Family members include a daughter, Tiffany Thompson of Tennessee, a step mother, Pauline Thompson of Lady Lake, Florida, three brothers; Mark Thompson of Gilford, NH, Michael Bedard of Boscawen, NH and William Bedard of Laconia, NH, three sisters; Barbara Boyd of Manchester, NH, Susan Blasik of Merrimack, NH and Debra Thompson of Raymond, NH, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. His companion Jeannine Chasse of Manchester, NH. SERVICES: Calling hours are at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, Wednesday evening from 6 to 9 O'Clock. The funeral service will be in the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium Chapel on Thursday morning at 11 O'Clock. Burial will be in Bayside Cemetery, Laconia, NH.
