Kevin R. Prescott

Kevin Roland Prescott Sr., 60, of Manchester, passed away Monday, March 14, 2016 at Catholic Medical Center.

Kevin was born in Methuen and raised and educated in both Lawrence, and Methuen, MA as well as Salem, NH.

He served with the United States Navy and worked in the trucking industry most of his life. He played in hockey leagues during his youth and was an avid fan of the Boston Red Sox.

He leaves his mother Joyce E. Prescott of Rochester; his children, Christine M. Prescott of Methuen, MA, Lisa A. Prescott of Manchester; stepchildren Kerryanne Key, and Christian and Derek Sanderson; brothers, Michael D. Prescott of N.C., Jeffrey N. Prescott of Salem, Gary W. Prescott and his wife Shelley (Leriche) of Middleton; sisters Sheila J. Upton and her husband Mark of Rochester and Sheryl A. Sweet of Goffstown; his grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He also leaves his fiancé, Belinda Campbell of Manchester.

Kevin is predeceased by his father, Roland Smith Prescott Sr. and his biological mother Dorothy (Lefebvre) Prescott; his wife of 21 years, Margaret "Maggie" (Gagne) Prescott; a son, Kevin Roland Prescott Jr.; a sister, Jean Ellen Prescott; and brother Roland Smith Prescott, Jr.

Kevin will be missed dearly by friends and family.

A memorial gathering will take place at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 172 King St., Boscawen on Friday from 11 AM to 1 PM.
