Kevin J. Wholley, 59, of Manchester, passed away at Catholic Medical Center on February 6, 2018.
He was born in Haverhill, MA on September 3, 1958, the son of Edward and Patricia (Lynch) Wholley. He was a cook and an active part of Teen Challenge where he was also considered the "House Dad". He loved riding his Harley motorcycle with friends. Kevin was passionate about helping people and he and his wife had taken dozens of mission trips to Mexico over the last 17 years.
Kevin loved the Lord Jesus and was very outspoken about his faith.
Family members include his wife, Judy (Baker) Gilliam; his father Edward Wholley of Haverhill, MA; three daughters, Sarah Wagner of Georgetown, MA, Chrisi Eicher and her husband Jeremy of Kingston, and Jocelyn Albert and her husband Tim of Kingston; two step-daughters who he raised and considered his own daughters, Kristi Luppold and her husband Matthew of Manchester, and Alyssa Bong and her husband Jonathan of FL, and another step-daughter, Theresa Banks and her husband Philip of Haverhill, MA; two step-son, Carl Sylvester and his husband Alden of Northwood, and Charles Sylvester and his wife Diane of Wilmington, MA several grandchildren and three great grandchildren; three brothers, Edward Wholley, Steven Wholley and Daniel Wholley, all of Haverhill, MA; and nephews, nieces, and cousins.
A gathering will take place at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover St., Manchester on Saturday afternoon from 4 to 6 PM with a memorial service to follow at 6:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Judy for The Mexican Mission that the couple have been supporting. Urn burial will be later this spring.
