Kim Ellen Gowitzke

Kim Ellen Gowitzke, 58, of Manchester, NH died on November 15, 2021. Kim was born in Manchester on July 5, 1963, daughter of the late Richard and Shirley (Cate) Gowitzke. She shared over 40 years with her late significant other, Ronald Chainey Jr., who preceded her in death only five days earlier.

Kim loved life and family. She enjoyed countless years of riding with Ron on his motorcycle whether it was the toy run or Colebrook’s Blessing of the Motorcycles. She made many summer memories camping at Lazy River Campground and trips to Storyland and Santa’s Village. In her later years, she spent Saturdays shopping with her mom and sister Kathy, and having lunch at Masabessic Lake. She had four beautiful grandkids that meant the world to her.

Kim is survived by her daughter, Rebecca Gowitzke; her sons, Chad Gowitzke, Ron Lafreniere and Philip Lafreniere. She was predeceased by her brother Ed Gowitzke.
A Memorial Gathering will be held on Friday, November 19th from 5-7PM at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, Manchester, NH.
