Krista R. Witham

Krista R. Witham, 38, of Laconia passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2015 surrounded by her loving family.
Krista was born in Concord on August 25, 1976 to Lloyd and Terri (McPherson) Witham. She was raised in Northwood and was a graduate of Coe-Brown Northwood Academy. She also earned an associate's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Phoenix. At the age of 19 she moved to Concord where she lived for one year, and then spent the next 18 years raising her family in Boscawen. She was an employee of Hoyt Electrical in Concord.
Krista had an immense love of animals and would rescue any animal that crossed her path if she could. Described as a loyal and loving, she always put the health and happiness of others before her own. She was an incredible mother who deeply enjoyed spending time with family and friends, whether it was playing basketball with her son, keeping in touch with everyone on Facebook or just passing quiet moments together, Krista made it clear that her loved ones were of the utmost importance and there was nothing more worthy of her time and attention.
Krista is survived by her children, Dillan Clark and Madison Sawyer of Boscawen; her father, Lloyd John Witham of Brentwood; her mother, Terri Ann Witham of Boscawen; step-mother, Karen Witham; her mother's companion, Peter Zinn (also affectionately known as "Grampa Pete"); her sister, Kelli Clark of Concord and her husband, Michael; her niece, Lillian Clark; and many dear friends and extended family members.
Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in Krista's memory may be made to Pope Memorial SPCA, 94 Silk Farm Road, Concord, NH 03301.
