Laura C. Carvalho

Laura C. (Andrade) Carvalho, 81, of 30 Belmont Street, died suddenly at her residence January 26, 2000. She was born in Azores, Portugal on September 7, 1918, and moved to Boston, Ma., in her late thirtees. She later lived in Hillsboro, NH and came to Manchester in 1975. She retired from Sylvania after many years of service. She was a parishioner of St. Anthony Church and was active with church activities. Family members include her son, Antonio Carvalho, her granddaughter, Laura Carvalho, both of Sunapee, a niece of Washington, DC, several grand nieces, grand nephews and cousins. SERVICES: Calling hours are at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, Sunday from 6 to 9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday morning at 10 o'clock in St. Anthony Church. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery
