Manchester, NH—Laurene Kern, 62, born in Oahu, Hawaii passed away on Sunday August 31, 2014 at home. Laurene was the daughter of the late Phillip and Juanita (Hosino) Garcia.
Laurene was a devoted and loving mother who was raised and educated in Hawaii and resided in New Hampshire for the last 25 years. She was employed by Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Laurene's children and grandchildren were paramount in her life as she was protective and passionate about her family.
She leaves behind her son Dax Kern of Nashua, her daughter Sunny Kern of New Boston, her grandchildren C.J., Alex, KeKoa, Keeanu, Marcus, and HoKulani, 3 sisters, 2 brothers, many nieces and nephews, and her lifelong friend, Robert Cline.
Services: Visitation will be on Wednesday September 10th 11am – 1pm at Phaneuf Funeral Home 243 Hanover Street Manchester, NH with service starting at 12 noon. Burial will be immediately following at St Joseph Cemetery 448 Donald Street Bedford, NH.
