Laurentia Lucie Monfet

Laurentia ''Lucie'' Monfet, 91, of 567 Union Street, died March 14, 2001, at Catholic Medical Center. She was born in Manchester on October 12, 1909, the daughter of Calixte and Lumina (Dallaire) Guay and had been a lifelong resident of the Queen City. She was the widow of Philibert Monfet who died in 1981. Lucie retired from Tel-Labs, Inc., as their office manager after 17 years of service. She was a member of St. Anne Sodality of Sacred Heart Church the L'Union St. Jean Baptiste. Family members include her niece Theresa Bourque of Bedford, a several other nieces, nephews and cousins. SERVICES: A calling hour is at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 250 Coolidge Avenue, Saturday morning from 8:30 to 9:30 with a Mass of Christian burial immediately following at 10 o'clock in Sacred Heart Church. Burial will be in St. Augustin Cemetery.
