Laurette F. Giovagnoli

Laurette F. (Laverdiere) Giovagnoli, 77, of 401 South Mammoth Road, died May 31, 2004 at her residence. She was born in Manchester on January 15, 1927, the daughter of Alyre and Marie (St. Pierre) Laverdiere and had been a lifelong resident of the City. She had work in various textile mills throughout her career. She was a long-time parishioner of Blessed Sacrament Church and was involved in the Adoration at Blessed Sacrament for many years. She loved spending time with her children and her family. She was predeceased by a son, Michael Giovagnoli. Family members include her husband of 58 years, John Giovagnoli, seven sons, John Giovagnoli of Hollis, William Giovagnoli of Manchester, Gerald Giovagnoli of RI, Peter Giovagnoli of Manchester, Daniel Giovagnoli of Auburn David Giovagnoli of Manchester and Thomas Giovagnoli of Dunbarton; three daughters, Elaine Dolbec of Manchester, Dianne Officer of MD and Jean Duffy of Manchester; 17 grahdchildren and 4 great grandchildren; a sister, Carmen Courchesne of FL; and many nephews, nieces and cousins. Calling hours will be at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday morning at 10:00 in Blessed Sacrament Church. Burial will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
