LEO A. BELIVEAU HOOKSETT, NH & CLERMONT, FL – Leo A. Beliveau, 72, died Tuesday, March 23, 2010, at Heart of Florida Hospital, in Davenport, Florida. Mr. Beliveau was born on April 18, 1937, in Manchester, NH, the son of the late Armand and Germaine (Barbeau) Beliveau. He was a resident of Hooksett for the past 15 years, and for the past 20 years, he wintered in Clermont, Florida. Mr. Beliveau was a veteran having served in the United States Army. He was employed as a mechanic for Consolidated Foods, of Nashua, and most recently worked for Jutras Signs, of Manchester. His interests include, fishing and mechanics. Members of his family include; 4 sons, Leo Beliveau, of Candia, NH; Randy Beliveau, of Weare, NH; John Beliveau, of Goffstown; Donald Beliveau, of Goffstown; 13 grandchildren; 2 brothers, Armand Beliveau, of Lebanon, PA; Paul Beliveau, of Barnstead, NH; one sister, Irene Yergeau, of Manchester, nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his longtime companion, Lorraine Dionne. SERVICES: Calling hours will be Tuesday, March 30, from 5:00 – 7:00 PM, at the Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover Street, corner of Union Street, in Manchester. A funeral service will follow at 7:00 PM, in the funeral home chapel. Burial will take place at a later date, in the NH State Veterans Cemetery, in Boscawen.
