Leo Paul Dumas, 92, formerly of Burns High Rise, Manchester, NH died August 17, 2004, at Hillsborough County Nursing Home. He was born in St. Johnsbury, Vermont on April 29, 1912, the son of the late Adolphe and Anastasia (Dubois) Dumas and resided most of his life in Manchester. He lived 25 years in Hollywood, Florida before moving back to this area in 1980. Mr. Dumas was a W.W. II Army Veteran and belonged to the American Legion Jutras Post and the Veteran of Foreign Wars. Leo worked 20 years for J F McElwain Corps. and was an avid fisherman. Family members include many nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, great nieces and great nephews. He was survied by 10 sisters and two brothers. SERVICES: Calling hours will be at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 250 Coolidge Avenue, Friday evening from 6 to 8. His Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday morning at 10 oclock in St. Raphael Church. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
