Leo J. Pronovost, 95, of 754 Rimmon St., died March 29, 2000 at Ridgewood Health Care Center, Bedford, following a brief illness. He was born in Lowell, MA on October 19, 1904 and had been a Manchester resident since 1944. He had worked as a foreman at Anchor Electric for over twenty years. He was a parishioner of Ste. Marie Church. He was predeceased by his first wife, Doris (Gove) Pronovost who died in 1947. He was a member of the League of One Thousand Men of Precious Blood Monastery. Family member include his wife of 48 years, Yvonne (Provost) Pronovost; a son, George Pronovost of Weare; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren; and several nephews, nieces and cousins. Calling hours will be at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 250 Coolidge Avenue on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday morning at 10:00 in Ste. Marie Church. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
