Leonard H. Nordstrom

Leonard H. Nordstrom, Sr., 68, of 426 Manchester St., died April 6, 2001 at the Elliot Hospital. He was born in Jamestown, NY, the son of the late Ture and Ruth (Carey) Nordstrom and had been a Manchester resident for the past 42 years. He was a Korean War Army Veteran. He had worked for a number of years at Queen City Plumbing until his retirement. Family members include his wife of 42 years, Betty (Lively) Nordstrom, a son, Leonard H. Nordstrom, Jr., of Manchester, three daughters, Karin Grenier of Auburn, Leona Daigle and Naomi Garcia both of Manchester; seventeen grandchildren; two brothers, Marvin Nordstrom of Manchester and James Nordstrom of Waltham, MA; and several nephews, nieces and cousins. A memorial service will take place at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Hooksett on Monday at 11:00. Inurnment will take place at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen.
