LITTLETON, NH Leonel Labrecque, 83, of Morrison Nursing Home in Whitefield, NH, formerly of Littleton, passed away at the Weeks Memorial Hospital on June 11, 2004.
Leo was born a son to Philas and Ava (Dionne) Labrecque in Saint Hermenegilde, Canada on February 14, 1921.
Leo was a longtime resident of Littleton, NH. He served in the U. S. Army and married Yolande Paquette in 1951. They moved from Twin Mountain to Littleton in 1964 and purchased the Maple Leaf Motel which he completely renovated, added rooms and a pool. Leo also worked in the area for many years as a master craftsman in the building trade.
Leo is survived by two sons, Andre and Mark Labrecque, both of Littleton; and four grandchildren, Nicole, Chad, Joelle, and Lindsey.
SERVICES The family received friends on Sunday, June 13th from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Pillsbury Funeral Home, 101 Union Street, Littleton, NH. A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Monday, June 14th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church with Rev. Fr. Joseph Klatka as Celebrant. Burial will be in the St. Rose Cemetery.
