LITTLETON, N.H. ---- Leslie W. Sanborn, 81, of Railroad Street passed away December 27, 2003 at the Lafayette Health Care Center in Franconia, NH after a long illness.
Leslie was born a son to Phillip and Emma (Brooks) Sanborn April 7, 1922 in Bethlehem, N.H.
He attended school in Bethlehem. Leslie served in the U.S. Army in the 324th Field Artillery Division during WWII. He was employed several years as a lumber mill worker for Beans Mill in Littleton. He was a past member of the American Legion.
Survivors include his good friends and caretakers Gerald and Charlene Virge of Littleton, NH, nieces and nephews.
Services: Graveside committal services will be held at a later date in the spring.
