Linda A. Gregor

Linda A. (Blake) Gregor, 60, died Sunday, March 13, 2022 after a long battle of declining health, at her home with her loving husband by her side.  

She was born on May 15, 1961 in Melrose, Massachusetts.  The daughter of Fred Blake and Barbara (Junkins) Blake. A graduate from Pinkerton Academy, followed by attending Hesser Business school. She worked as a legal secretary for over 40 years at the Law Office of Donald A. Kennedy. She was an amazing thinker, and the ultimate proof reader. Clients loved her and appreciated her ability to talk with them and help them feel at ease during stressful times of their lives. She had a great compassion for people.

While attending highschool, Linda went on to compete in equestrian horse shows with her beloved horse Rio. Joined by her sister Julie, they would travel and show their horses throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts. She was a lover of all animals and especially her cats, Baby and MJ.

Linda deeply loved her husband and family, and enjoyed spending nice quality time with them at their home. She was an avid movie buff, a beautiful painter, and thoroughly admired rock and roll. In her early 20’s she rocked out to many of favorite bands and musicians with her close friends. She cherished a nice long conversation, and had an gracious sense of humor. A mother who would always welcome her children’s friend’s to their home. 

She is survived by her devoted husband, Steven Gregor, her two children, Gavin and Nicole Gregor.  She is also survived by her father Fred Blake and his wife, Diane, sister Julie Blake, and niece Lauryn.  She is predeceased by her mother Barbara and her brother, Christopher Blake.

A celebration of Linda’s life will be held on Saturday, March 19^th from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM, with a service beginning at 3:00 PM, at Phaneuf Funeral Homes, 243 Hanover St. Manchester, NH.
