Linda L. Rainone

Linda Louise (Teti) Rainone of Bedford, NH, died peacefully in her home amongst her loves ones on Sunday, December 18, 2005. At the early age of 58, she succumbed to advance disease after a year-long struggle with breat cancer recurrence. She was born in Brooklyn, New York on April 8, 1947, the daughter of Marie (Guadagno) Teti and the late Roy Teti and moved to New Hampshire in 1999, to be close to her grandchildren. Linda and her devoted husband of 34 years, owned and operated Hair & Nail Salon on Long Island for 18 years.Linda was known for her sense of humor, her "New Yawk" accent, her long fingernails, and her joy in entertaining others in her home. A celebrator of Christmas year-round, photos of her home interior have been published locally in the Bedford Journal. Family members include her husband of 34 years, Don Rainone of Bedford, who was always by her side, a son, Donald Rainone of Manchester, three daughters; aaaElena Rainone of Long Island, New York, Diane Olsen of Auburn, NH and Jamie Rainone of Manchester, NH, her mother of South Ozone Park, New York, 6 grandchildren, two brothers; Roy Teti of Columbus, Ohio and Kenneth Teti of South Ozone Park, New York, several nieces, nephews and many cousins. In Her Life; She loved her six grandchildren; Jake and Madison Olsen, Paul, Ginia, Mia and Domionic Rainone. Her devoted husband of 34 years who was always by her side was a veteran and a Bedford Rotarian. SERVICES: Calling hours will be at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. A candlelight vigil will be held at the funeral home Tuesday evening at 7:30. Friends may call also on Wednesday morning at the funeral home from 8 to 9:30. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday morning at 10 O'Clock in St. Elizabeth Seton Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.
