An adored mother, daughter, sister and saint left this world to be with the Savior on September 14, 2012. Lisa Lynette Cooper was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan on November 28, 1964 the daughter of Jeanette and Robert Cooper
Lisa grew up in Grand Rapids, MI where she took ballet as a child. An Operating Room Specialist in the U.S. Military , she was honorably discharged and then pursued a lifetime career in cosmetology. Lisa was a long-time member of the Calvary Chapel Church in Fitchburg, MA and West Townshend, Vermont. She enjoyed sewing, crafting, reading and family gatherings. She volunteered at local homeless and food shelters. Above all, she loved and dedicated herself to her two children.
Lisa is survived by her two daughters, Kristina VanDusen (26) and Kathleen VanDusen (23); her Parents, Jeanette and Mark Zook, her brother Derek Cooper and his wife Melinda Cooper. Her nieces and nephews remain- Amiri, Jean-Marie, Grace and Rebecca Cooper. Also she leaves behind her Fiancé James Riccard.
Family and friends are invited to the Memorial Service for Lisa on Friday Sept. 21, 2012 at 6:00 PM at Calvary Chapel of the West River Valley, 6591 VT RT 30 West Townshend, VT
