Logan Jameson Prescott passed away on June 13, 2026, at home, surrounded by the unconditional love of his mom, dad, brother, and his Uncle Mike. Born on January 9, 2013, in Manchester, New Hampshire, Logan was the beloved son of George and Andrea (Provencher) Prescott. Though his time on earth was far too brief, he brought immeasurable love, joy, and light to all who knew him.

In addition to his parents, Logan is survived by his younger brother and best friend, Ryan Prescott, along with their family dog, Theo.

He is also survived by his paternal grandfather, George Prescott, and his wife, Janice Prescott, as well as his paternal grandmother ("Grammy"), Margaret McQuard. We are so lucky to have such a large family and so many friends who have become family. Logan leaves behind many wonderful and loving aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and cherished friends.

He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, André and Claire Provencher ("Mémère" and "Pépère"), with whom he shared an everlasting connection before they left us. He was also predeceased by his Aunt Gail Provencher, with whom Logan enjoyed spending time.

Logan absolutely meant the world to us. Our hearts are shattered. These past 13 years with Logan have been an absolute gift, and we will forever treasure our time with him.

Logan lived his life to the fullest. He was always joyful, carefree, barefoot, and wearing a huge smile on his beautiful face. Naturally happy and drawn to the outdoors, he was a compassionate old soul. He loved being outside in the yard and playing in the woods. We will always remember him barefoot, covered in mud up to his knees, playing in a dirty creek or any body of water he could find.

He loved all seasons and any month that included a vacation break. He cherished his freedom and loved riding his bike to school and around town with his friends. He enjoyed camping and fishing, paddling in the canoe, and ice fishing during the winter. He loved eating out with his buddies, weekend sleepovers, and celebrating holidays and birthday parties. Logan was a true beach bum who especially enjoyed family vacations to York Beach. He was a big fan of all holidays, with Halloween at the very top of the list.

We will forever cherish his wild stories, vivid imagination, and giant infectious smile. Ultimately, he is the bravest kid we know.

We will see you soon, buddy. Until then, remember that we love you forever, always, and beyond.

Following cremation, memorial calling hours will be held at Phaneuf Funeral Home & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, Manchester, NH, on Tuesday, June 23, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. A memorial service will immediately follow at 7:30 p.m. A celebration of Logan's life will be held during the summer.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to support research for Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG) through The Cure Starts Now (New Hampshire/Gilford Chapter): thecurestartsnow.org/who-we-are/chapters/new-hampshire-gilford/ or The WhyNotDevin Foundation to End DIPG: thewhynotdevinfoundation.org.

Logan's family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to all who have offered their love, support, and prayers during this difficult time. His memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved him.
