LOIS M. BOWLES
LANCASTER, NH Lois M. Bowles, age 65, of 186 Main Street, passed away Sunday evening, June 3rd at Fletcher Allen Hospital, Burlington, Vt.
Lois was born January 18, 1942 in Easton, the daughter of the late Lawrence and Beulah Astle Bowles.
Among other employers, she worked many years at Hampton Equipment, Inc. of Lancaster. She enjoyed helping out at Fullers Sugar House, when she was able.
Family members include: George Whittum III, his wife Laurie and a granddaughter Suzannah Whittum; three brothers, Peter Bowles and his wife, Jean of Barnet, VT; David and his wife, Iona of Littleton, NH; Stuart and his wife, Uncha of Tampa, FL. She also leaves behind many friends and her neighbors at The McKee Apartments, who will miss her.
In lieu of flowers, you may make donations to Weeks Home Health, 278 Main Street, Lancaster 03584 or to Caleb Interfaith Volunteer Caregivers, 38 Kings Square, Whitefield, NH 03598.
SERVICES -- The funeral service will be held at the Christ United Methodist Church, Main Street, Lancaster, on Wednesday, June 6th at 10:00 AM. There will be no calling hours.
