Lorraine T. (Vanasse) Begin, 80, formerly of 55 Amory Street, died March 3, 2009 at the Ridgewood Center in Bedford.
She was born in Manchester on December 31, 1928, the daughter of Normand and Yvonne (Chapdelaine) Vanesse and had been a lifelong resident of the city. She was the widow of Roland R. Began, Sr.
Family members include two sons, Roland Begin, Jr., of Portland, OR and Michael Begin of Manchester; three grandchildren and one great grandchild; a sister, Constance Godbois of Manchester, and nephews, nieces and cousins.
