Lorraine M. Boucher

Lorraine Boucher, 72, of Jaffrey, New Hampshire passed away, peacefully at her home , with her husband  Roger and sister in law Debbie Downing and husband Chuck Downing by her side,  after a two-year long, courageous battle with cancer on January 25, 2023.

Lorraine was born on June 6, 1950 to the late Rita ( Dusseault ) Lavailliere and Rene Lavailliere. She was the loving wife of Roger Boucher and was married for 53 years. 

Lorraine was an avid card player and played up until one week before her death.  Lorraine enjoyed traveling with her husband and friends. Lorraine and her husband Roger spent many years vacationing at their place in Aruba as well as their winter home in West Palm Beach, Florida.  Before retirement, Lorraine worked as a business partner alongside her husband at various successful self-employed businesses. 

She is survived by her loving husband Roger Boucher of 53 years, she was the ‘best’ foster Mom to Dawn Fenner, she is also survived by brothers Richard and wife Lorraine (Smith) Lavailliere, the late Ronald Lavalliere, Maurice and wife Louise (Dionne) Lavailliere, the late Charles Lavalliere and wife, Sandra (Huard) Lavailliere, Paul Lavalliere, and Tammy Barry, Frank, and wife Diane ( MacEachern) Lavailliere, George and wife, Mona (Poulin) Lavailliere, Bill Lavalliere, and sister-in-law, Debbie Downing and husband Chuck Downing. 

Lorraine is also survived by many nieces and nephews, Michelle (Lavailliere) Bicirevic and husband Ferid, Lisa Lavalliere, Jennifer (Lavailliere) Boisvert and husband Nathan, Eric Lavalliere and wife, Courtney, David Lavalliere, Jesse Lavalliere, Kevin Lavalliere, the late Jefferey Lavalliere, Keith Lavailliere and wife Cassie, Joseph Lavalliere ,Julie ( Lavailliere) O’Toole and husband, Patrick, Kevin Symonds and Tanis Meyer, Jessica Symonds and Jonny Hanson, Ryan Symonds and wife, Ashton, Rebecca Symonds and Derek Mitchell, Nick Scarpa, Logan Merwin, Nancy Affeldt and husband Shawn . Along with many great-nieces and nephews. 

ARRANGEMENTS:  

Calling Hours: Tuesday, February 7th from 4:00PM -7:00PM at Phaneuf Funeral Home 250 Coolidge Ave, Manchester NH

Funeral Mass: Wednesday, February 8th from 10:00AM -11:00AM  at Ste. Marie Church, 378 Norte Dame Avenue, Manchester, NH

Interment to follow at the Mt.Calvary Mausoleum, 474 Goffstown Rd, Manchester.
