Lorraine "Laurie" J. (Paquin) Dupont, 62, of Key Largo, FL and Waterville Valley, passed away on August 18, 2009 at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. She was born in Manchester on November 23, 1946, the daughter of Maurice and Theresa (Beland) Paquin and had lived in Manchester for many years before moving to Key Largo 20 years ago. For the last year, she and her husband summered in Waterville Valley She loved walking, gardening, going to yard sales and especially enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Michael Lane who died in 2004. Family member include her husband of 20 years, Richard Dupont, her mother of Goffstown; three sons, Hank Lane, Jr. , Roger Robidas and Steven Robidas, all of Manchester; a daughter, Tammy Robidas of Hudson, MA; a step-son, David Dupont of Weare; a step-daughter, Judy Freitas of Manchester; eleven grandchildren; two brothers, Maurice Paquin of Manchester and Edward Paquin of Nashua; two sisters, Jeannette Burley of Bedford and Lillian Goulet of Manchester; and many nephews, nieces and cousins. A memorial gathering will take place at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street on Friday from 5 to 6 PM. A memorial service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 6 PM.
