Louise D. Guarino

Louise Dorothy (Janelle) Guarino, 75, of Rye, NH passed away at her residence on June 28, 2023.

She was born in Manchester, NH on July 22, 1947, the daughter of Maurice and Pauline (Gagne) Janelle. Louise grew up in Goffstown, NH and lived in Boxford, MA for many years where she raised her family. For the last seventeen years she was a resident of Rye, NH living on Wallis Sands Beach. Earlier in her life, she was a flight attendant for Eastern Airlines for eighteen years. She loved to travel and some of her fondest memories were the cruises to Europe she took with her children and her trip to Paris with her mother.  She loved the seacoast and spending time at the beach, as well as reading and watching movies.  Most of all, she loved spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren.

Family members include her mother Pauline Janelle of Bedford, NH; two sons, Christopher Guarino and his wife Deborah of Amesbury, MA and Andrew Guarino and his wife Rafaela Silva of Salisbury, MA; a daughter, Laura Thibodeau and her husband David Jr. of Amesbury, MA; four grandchildren, Henry, Claire, Olivia, and Penelope; a brother, Paul Janelle and his wife Tina of Weare, NH; and nephews, nieces, and cousins. She is predeceased by her father, Maurice Janelle.

A memorial gathering will take place at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover St., Manchester, NH on Thursday, July 6^th from 10am-12pm with a memorial service to follow in the funeral home at noon.
