LOUISE GUNNIP
FRANCONIA, N.H. ---- Louise Gunnip, 68, formerly of Lisbon,
passed away Thursday, August 21st at the Lafayette Center in Franconia after a long illness.
Born in Lisbon, N.H. on August 17, 1935 a daughter to Irving and Dorothy (Wetherbee) Chase. Louise was a lifelong resident of the North Country having attended school in Lisbon.
She was employed with the Henschel Shoe Company for many years and also worked at the Continental 93 Motor Lodge, for several years. Louise loved to get out when she could and bowl and was known for her avid passion to play bingo any chance she had.
She is survived by one daughter, Deborah and her husband Paul Arsenault of Jefferson, ME; one son, James Gunnip of Lyndonville, VT; one sister, Betty Livingston of Lisbon, NH; and four grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Her husband James Gunnip Sr. and companion of 18 years Oliver Church predeceased her.
SERVICES: Graveside services were held Saturday, August 23rd at 1:00 pm at the Summer Street Cemetery in Lancaster N.H. with the Pastor Ernest Wilkins of the New Life Assembly of God Church officiating.
