LOUISE LUZO
LITTLETON, NH -- Louise Luzo passed away on March 4th, 2016 at the age of 101. Louise had been staying at the Grafton County Nursing home in North Haverhill, NH.
Louise was born on February 3, 1915, and had lived in Littleton right next to her two sisters, Lulu Cryans, Claudia Poland, and her brother Camille Ziter. They were very close, and Louise enjoyed her daily two to three mile walks around her neighborhood up until the age of 95. She was married to Francis "Pete" Luzo, who predeceased her in 1997. In years passed she worked for the local shoe factory. Louise was also related to the Lahout family who owns the local Lahout's Country Clothing and Ski Shop here in Littleton. She was very proud of her Lebanese heritage and this meant the world to her.
Louse is survived by her eldest nephew, Eddie Toney, 95, of St. Johnsbury; her eldest niece, Ann Laferriere, 91, of St Johnsbury; nieces and nephews, Susan, Linda, Louis, David, Julie and Sandy.
SERVICES -- A calling hour will be held at the Pillsbury Phaneuf Funeral Home, located at 101 Union Street from 9:00 am to 10:00 am on Friday, March 11th, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial being celebrated Friday, March 11th at 10:30 am at the St. Rose of Lima Church in Littleton with Fr. Mark Dollard as Celebrant.
