Mrs. Lucienne R. Tremblay, 78, of Manchester died March 11, 2009 at her home surrounded by her family following a long illness. She was born on August 2, 1930 in Megantic, PQ, Canada, the daughter of the late Henri and Merilda (Philiponte) Rattelade. She was educated in Canada. She was a resident of Manchester since 1962. Previously she had lived in Berlin, NH. She was a dedicated homemaker and mother. Mrs. Tremblay had also worked as a seamstress at Mighty Mac. Lucienne enjoyed crocheting, knitting and needlepoint. She also loved gardening and cooking for others. In Her Life: She is survived by her three sons, Mario Tremblay of Manchester, Denis Tremblay and his wife Susan of Candia and Jacques Tremblay and his wife Linda of Candia; her daughter, Doreen Morgan of Manchester; 6 grandchildren, great grandson, brother, Marcel Rattelade of Notre Dame des Bois, PQ, Canada and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband Rene O. Tremblay who died in 1994. Calling Hours are the Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover St, Manchester on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9PM. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10:00AM at St. Anthony Church, Belmont St, Manchester. Burial will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
