Lucille M Forand, 86, of Goffstown, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2016 at the Hillsborough County Nursing Home, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Manchester, she was the daughter of the late Adelard and Marie-Jeanne (Lefebvre) Boisvert. Raised and educated in Three Rivers, Canada, she married the love of her life, Jacques R. Forand, in 1951. While raising her beautiful family, Lucille also worked in the electronics industry for Ammon Industries, RCL, and Modutec.
A beloved wife and mother, Lucille's family was paramount in her life. She cherished time spent with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Talented with her hands, Lucille enjoyed knitting, sewing, needlepoint, crocheting, and ceramics. Following retirement, Lucille and Jake delighted in travelling to Florida. Lucille will be best remembered for her generous heart and love of family.
Lucille is survived by her husband, Jacques R. Forand, with whom she shared 65 years of marriage; her daughter, Lorraine Bergeron & husband Ken of New Boston; four sons, Andre Forand & wife Sue of Deland, FL, Denis Forand & wife Jeannine of Costa Rica, Jean Forand & wife Sharon of North Dakota, and Real Forand & wife Leneah of New Boston; nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; three brothers, Herve Boisvert of Manchester, Lucien Boisvert of Bedford, and Joseph Boisvert of Florida; several nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends. In addition to her parents, Lucille was predeceased by her sister, Yolande Kay.
ARRANGEMENTS: Her Visitation will be held at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 250 Coolidge Ave., on Wednesday, Sept. 21, 2016 from 4:00 to 7:00. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in the Parish of the Transfiguration, 107 Alsace St., Manchester, on Thursday, Sept. 22, at 10:00A.M. followed by committal at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester.
