Lucille A. Girard, 89, formerly of 727 Hayward Street, died April 28, 2003, at the Hillsborough County Nursing Home. She was born in Manchester on May 8, 1913, the daughter of Walter and Eugenie (Fortin) Girard and had been a lifelong resident of the city. She belonged to the Children of Mary of St. Augustin Parish, the League of Rosebud of the Precious Blood Monastery and the Third Order of Francis of St. Augustin Parish. She retired from J.F. Family members include three nieces, Jeannine Laroche, Pauline Lambert, Theresa Groyer and a nephew Donald Girard, all of Manchester, several great nieces and nephews and several great, great nieces and nephews. SERVICES: A calling hour is at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, Wednesday morning from 9 to 10 o'clock with her Mass of Christian Burial immediately following at 10 o'clock in St. Augustin Church. Burial will be in St. Augustin Cemetery.
