Lucille B. (Cox) Young, 64 of Brattleboro, VT passed away on Thursday, July 31, 2014 at Pine Heights at Brattleboro Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was born on November 11, 1949.
Lucille was employed as a nurse for Quabbin Valley Healthcare in Orange, MA before her retirement. She enjoyed participating in the daily social activities held at Pine Heights.
The family wishes to thank all the staff at Pine Heights for the love and care that they showed to Lucille, especially David Beauregard.
She is predeceased by a sister, Leona Currier.
Lucille is survived by her daughter, Betty Richard and her husband John of Stafford Spring, CT; a brother, Wayne Cox and his wife Janice of NH; as well as few nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be celebrated on Friday, August 8, 2014 at 3PM at Ker-Westerlund Funeral Home, 57 High Street, Brattleboro, VT. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Lucille's name to a charity of one's choice.
