Lucy B. Audet, 90, of Lexington, MA and formerly of Manchester died unexpectedly on November 7, 2005 at the Lahey Clinic in Burlington, MA. Mrs. Audet was born on May 9, 1915 in Manchester the daughter of Napoleon and Roseanna (Gagnon) Pinard. She grew up in Manchester, was educated in local schools, and worked in the shoe manufacturing industry. Lucy married Raymond E. Audet on September 28, 1940 in Quincy, MA. The couple resided in Quincy until 1982 when they relocated to Manchester. They shared 50 wonderful years together until Raymond passed away in 1997. Lucy moved to Lexington, MA this past July to be close to family. Mrs. Audet was a loving wife and mother and was devoted to her family. Family members include; three daughters, Mrs. Francis X. (Joanne) Kenney of Lexington, MA, Mrs. Paul (Monica) Fournier of Ashland, NH and Mrs. Donald (Christine) Lamb of Bedford, MA; 8 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Lucy was the last of 16 children. Calling hours will be Thursday, November 10th from 4:00 until 8:00 PM at Phaneuf Funeral Home, 250 Coolidge Avenue. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday morning at 9 oclock at Parish of the Transfiguration with interment to follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
